For Model Makers

This page is for you the model maker or for anyone with an interest in Ship models to show there ship models.

In time this will grow to be an invaluable resource for model makers around the globe.

But this can only happen with an input from model makers and enthusiasts.

So please send in your pictures of ship models to show here on the Leith Shipyards website,

it's your page so use it.

The first models we are going to show here are really neat small ship models made by Bob Wilson who has been doing them for some time now and they look great, it also happens to be a ship that was built in the Leith Shipyards of Henry Robb in 1937 as the SOFALA Ship No 241

Bob does commissions in miniature and also sells on ships that he has done, and you can see just how much work goes into them. Contact the website should you wish more information.

Bob Wilson has just informed me that he no longer does any commissions but still has stock models for sale.

As you can see the detail is amazing along with a great effect for the sea, this and more models will be shown on the ship model pages to come.
