Chinese Navy

So here we are with the Chinese Navy, can't be too many shipyards at that time had ships serving with the Chinese Nationalist Navy.

The Leith Shipyards of Henry Robb supplied such a ship, she was the "Flower Class Corvette"

HMS PETUNIA, surplus to requirments after the event of VJ-Day the end of the Second World war, laid up as surplus she was gifted to the Chinese Nationalist Navy, who were of course at war with the Chinese communists.

So in 1946 she was transferred to the Nationalist Navy and renamed FU PO, we dont have many details of her time with the Chinese navy, but she was involved in a collision with the merchant ship Hai Ming on March 19th 1947.
